Avocado Toast
It wouldn’t be a proper breakfast without an avocado toast! These bring back fond memories from when I used to eat them in Argentina while studying abroad there many years ago. In recent years I’ve also learned about the health benefits of eating avocados.
To sketch the toast, start with an almost oval shape, with one end being somewhat pointy. The avocado slices will be a series of curved lines, and the tomato will be a round shape with rounded triangles inside. The egg white is a wobbly circle with egg yolk being round.
