The Encounter from Start to Finish

No matter how many thousands of trades you have executed, that first morning trade will always come with anxiety. It's a static factor. You never get used to it. The first trade sets the tone. While preparation will work to dilute some of the anxiety, it is always there. Too much anxiety can be debilitating, resulting in hesitation during the trigger moments and chasing the late stages to make up for it. The important thing is to acknowledge it will always be there.
