Good leadership is paying attention to details. Every little seemingly harmless situation, discussion, text message, email or phone call is a potential leadership situation that needs your full care and attention.

Now, there are two schools of thought. One is that the emotional well-being of other people is your problem and that you should care about it. The other says that you can do and say whatever you want, and however people react is their problem and there is nothing you can do about it. We will talk about that later.
