MARY-FRANCES WINTERS came of age during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s. An advocate for equity since her days as editor of her high school newspaper, as CEO of The Winters Group for the past 33 years she has consulted with all different types of organizations in their quest for inclusion. Prior to founding The Winters Group, she was an affirmative action officer and senior market analyst at Eastman Kodak Company.
