Leading the Leader that Is You

We lead our lives through conscious or unconscious choices. By choosing to remain unconscious to our inner states—how we think, feel, perceive, react, our buttons, biases, what drives us, what shuts us down—we choose to allow ourselves to become unduly influenced by external controls from the media, authorities, institutions, and leaders, leading to diluted, if not toxic, thinking and subsequent lame, if not destructive, decisions.
