7. Enterprise Search Strategies

Search is one of the most important components of any site and yet many organizations struggle with providing comprehensive and intuitive ways to search for information within the enterprise. This is not a comment on the level of IT skills within the organization; instead, it refers to the complexity of the task at hand.
