Writing Newsletters and Web Articles

Those writing web content will very likely eventually compose newsletters and articles. Newsletters—regularly issued mini magazines or newspapers— are an effective way to build relationships with a group’s stakeholders. Articles appear widely across the World Wide Web as wikis or on websites for various causes, large and small organizations, and government agencies. This chapter will focus on writing the content for these two common genres.
