Launching your site is a major milestone. But it is only a step; a website is an evolving production.
In today's web development world, this moment — launch — should not be an end; it is a transition into an entirely different workflow: maintenance and evaluation. Who will maintain the site, and what are their qualifications and capabilities? Who will be responsible for the creation of postlaunch content? And don't forget about evaluation — you still need to determine the measurable success of your site. Did the site meet the original goals of the Communication Brief? Are visitors finding it usable? Are visitors finding it at all?
