You’ve studied the habits, and you’ve considered them through the filters of the different demographics: veterans, rookies, draftees, and the pros we all strive to be. It’s time now to choose what to stop—what to give up for your customers. We often say that to be more effective you don’t have to do a lot, but you have to do something.
