Beyond managing stress and working to improve the health of employees, companies need to intentionally create a positive atmosphere. They need to introduce happiness into their corporate culture. Early in this project, we spoke to an entrepreneur whose specialty was investing in a business, building the management team, selling the company when it became a going concern, and repeating the process with another company.
