PART OF WHAT makes my job so much fun is that I get to coach and help people shine on their own unique stage. That stage is not necessarily on Broadway or at Madison Square Garden, but it is a stage nonetheless. Let’s keeping moving to help you shine on your own stage!
By this time, you’re on a roll! You’ve explored what you want, are creating a plan, and have started to write the story that is your career history and your life. You’ve built your target list, have made connections, and are starting to have meaningful conversations. You now know that it’s the energy of who you are—your light that will help you to stand out in so many of these conversations.
How are you feeling at this point?
Are you ready to keep moving and take the next step?
Are you feeling confident in the work you’ve done so far?
How is your narrative flowing as you speak about your story? Is it getting more comfortable for you?
Remember, you are a work in progress and this is a process that is unfolding for you. Your skills, your ability to talk about yourself and go for what you want are building and growing stronger as you go. As you go on, keep working on and fine-tuning a narrative that spotlights your skills and your strengths.
