The X-Factor: Facilitators

We had just wrapped up a full-day train-the-trainer session and were ready to hand over the final package of training materials to our client. He was enthusiastic: “Wow, that was a really great training program. Thanks for walking us through it.” But then he added, “It was great how you facilitated it. This program really worked well with the way you facilitated it, but now I’m going to have to facilitate it and I don’t think I could ever facilitate the discussions like you did for us today.”
