Introduction

This chapter describes a fast and deep approach to crafting and aligning a whole system by focusing on the four points of the Star of Success that address processes, structures, information, and resources. In the process of designing/ redesigning the ways people do work in an organization to support desired business results (a way aligned with the Strategy, within a culture that supports the way people yearn to work together to get those results) organizations seek to answer the following questions:
