1Chop the baking chocolate, dice the butter, and put them into a bowl. Melt them in a microwave oven.
2Add the sugar and mix well. Then incorporate the eggs, one at a time, and finish by adding in the starter and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a smooth, uniform batter.
3Using a wooden spoon, mix in the chocolate chips and the chopped pecans.
4Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at about 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes. The brownies should still be gooey.
