Definition
Winners are magnetic. They have a knack for leadership and their records list noteworthy successes. They know how and when to inspire people to make sacrifices (within reason) for the good of the team and the achievement of the goal. They have experienced a championship surge that has at least put them in contention for the gold medal, the league championship, or the respect and adoration of their peers.
