After Blake and Megan returned home and checked on the kids, they went immediately to the basement. Megan was eager to update the big board again.
“It makes so much sense now,” she said.
“Agreed,” Blake said.
“All the articles, notes, photos, and other artifacts fit,” Megan said. “What’s next?”
“I want to meet with Charles and the team right away. I want to share with them what we learned in Texas.”
“Should I take the board down?” Megan asked.
“No, leave it up for now.”
“Are you thinking about Bob’s challenge?”
“Yes, I am. ‘Write a book’ has never been on my list of life goals, but . . .” Blake stopped.
