What does mastery of leadership mean to you? Look, if you want to win the leadership game, you have to be a master at the game. To different people, it is mastery of other things: mastery of the skill, mastery of strategic planning, mastery of consistent achievements. When I think about mastery, I remember there’s a story about the famous artist, Picasso which I read many years back.
