It was during the early seventies, that I started thinking about
sustainability and started working on wind energy technology
as one of the sustainable energy supply options. After almost
40 years of intensive involvement I realise that I am one of the
few lucky ones, who experienced the entire development period
of modern wind power technology. I feel it as a duty to provide a
