The appearance of the Start menu, Windows Taskbar, programs, windows, dialog boxes, and other items on your screen (collectively referred to as the user interface) is determined by the current visual theme and theme elements. The default Windows 7 theme elements include a desktop background graphic named Harmony, a sky-blue color scheme, transparent window frames, and a set of traditional sounds associated with computer events or actions.
