TweakUI: The Interface Power Toy

Soon after Windows 95 was released, a few Microsoft programmers put together some small programs that extended the functionality of Windows. These utilities were called Power Toys, and some of them were quite handy. In fact, one of them—called QuickRes—is now part of Windows 98. (It's the on-the-fly color depth changer you saw earlier.) Another Power Toy is also available on the Windows 98 CD-ROM. It's called TweakUI, and it's crammed with options for changing and working with the Windows 98 user interface.
