Overview of the Sample Map View
This chapter demonstrates the various features of the Map control using a sample MapView page. MapView.xaml contains a Map control, sliders to adjust the pitch and heading of the map, a list picker to select the cartographic mode of the map, and various application bar items that are discussed later in this chapter (see Figure 18.1).
