Configuring Printer Properties

The sections that follow explain how to set commonly used printer properties. After you install network printing, you can set its properties in the Properties dialog box. You access the Properties dialog box by following these steps:

  1. In Print Management, expand the Print Servers node and the node for the server you want to work with.

  2. Select the server’s Printers node. In the main pane, right-click the printer you want to work with and then select Properties. You can now set the printer properties.
