If you’re going to use Windows Terminal Services for Remote Administration only, you don’t need to install it at all—it’s already there. All you need to do is enable remote connections, and that’s covered next. If you’re going to be using Windows Terminal Services as an application and Terminal Server for multiple clients, however, you need to enable the Terminal Services role on the server.
