DirectAccess Scenario
Although the prerequisites and associated technologies for DirectAccess can be difficult to implement, DirectAccess configuration is fairly straightforward through a simple wizard. The example walks through the DirectAccess Wizard in Windows Server 2012.
The goal of this scenario is to show that DirectAccess in Windows Server 2012 is very simple and straightforward to setup and can easily coexist with the traditional VPN services. This would be the typical configuration for a small to medium-sized organization. The scenario demonstrates the following:
• Remote Access Wizard—This is an easy-to-run wizard that analyzes the system and automatically chooses the best settings for the configuration.
