An organization’s Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) sites should contain content that will draw users to them and become an integral part of users’ daily activities. For this to happen, the content must stay up to date and relevant. It takes only a handful of visits for a user to lose interest in a site or start to feel that it is not relevant if its content is old and out of date.
