Chapter 4. Getting Started

The Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2008 installation process performs a large number of configuration tasks that administrators have to perform manually in the case of a stand-alone Windows Server 2008 installation. This is not to say that a server running Windows SBS is ready for users when the installation is finished, however. You still must perform a variety of tasks to prepare your server for use, not the least of which is familiarizing yourself with the Windows SBS Console.
