Deploying Network Printers

The process of deploying a printer on your Windows SBS 2008 network consists of the following basic steps:

  1. Connect the print device to the computer or network.

  2. Create a printer on the print server and install drivers.

  3. Share the printer.

  4. Configure clients to access the printer.
