Using WSUS Reports

The Windows SBS Console enables you to view a list of the updates that WSUS has furnished to each computer on your network, but it does not provide any more detailed WSUS statistics. You can obtain additional information about WSUS activities, however, by using the Update Services console.

To generate WSUS reports, use the following procedure:

  1. Log on to your Windows SBS 2008 primary server, using an account with network Administrator privileges.

  2. Click Start, and then click Administrative Tools, Microsoft Windows Server Update Services 3.0 SP1. When the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Continue. The Update Services console appears, as shown here.
