Working with Now Playing + Queue
When you are playing media, you will have the Now Playing + Queue option on the
main menu for accessing media that is currently playing or is queued to play. You
can think of the queue as the active playlist. When you select Now Playing + Queue,
you will see the Now Playing screen shown in Figure 25-8. The main options for
Now Playing + Queue are as follows:
View Queue
Displays the current queue and provides options for editing and clearing the
queue, saving the current queue as a playlist, shuffling the queue to create a ran-
dom play order, and setting the queue to repeat automatically. The final option
allows you to burn the playlist to an audio CD or a data CD/DVD. The process
of burning a disk is similar to that of burning a disk in Windows Media Player.
Visualize
Displays a graphical depiction of the music being played called a visualization.
Visualizations work just as they do in Windows Media Player. Use the channel
+/– buttons to change the visualization.
