What If My Team Doesn’t Want to Win?

When you have a clear picture of where you want to go but your team won’t come along as quickly as you want, it can feel like you’re trying to tow a car out of mud. On a recent trip to the mountains, one of David’s daughter’s friends, Geoff, drove his car into a ditch. There was nearly two feet of snow on top of slick mud, and Geoff slid off the road just a few hundred yards from the cabin where David was staying. As he tried to back out, his wheels sank.
