The TSP team launch is the most important single step in building a motivated and committed team. To be successful, the senior executive who initiated the team’s project must attend the opening and closing launch meetings. These meetings will take only an hour or two each, and your presence is needed to build the team’s commitment and to ensure that the team plans to do the job the way you want it done.
