We started our research with two hypotheses:
- There are shared global leader competencies among WiSER.
As we began our research, we measured and coded for six competencies which we thought would be prevalent among WiSER based on initial interviews. Those competencies were:
- operating outside your comfort zone,
- active career management,
- conscious imbalance,
- energy management,
- An international assignment will enhance your professional career.
