AutoSummarize
When you use the AutoSummarize feature, it automatically
fills in the preset file properties for keywords and comments.
If you don’t want AutoSummarize to replace your existing
keywords and comments, clear the Update document statistics
check box in the AutoSummarize dialog box found in the
Word Options area. You can also add AutoSummarize to the
toolbar by clicking Office button | Word Options | Custom-
ize, clicking All Commands in the Choose commands from
list, and then choosing AutoSummary Tools.
