folder will be populated with three templates: Fax.dot, Let-
ter.dot, and Memo.dot, as shown in Figure 9-4.
At this point the original template is no longer necessary. The
three new templates will run their own user forms so the user
can input relevant information and use a “link” to the initial-
ization file to finish creating the resulting documents. The
finished documents will contain both the user’s default infor-
mation (stored in the initialization file) and the specific
information entered by the user.
