The Template Object
The Template object represents a template in Word. Much
like the Documents collection, the Template object is a collec-
tion object that contains all available Word templates at a
given point in time. This collection includes all templates that
are currently open as documents, all global templates (as
shown in the Add-ins dialog box), all templates attached to
any open document, and the Normal template.
The OpenAsDocument and Save methods are the only
methods of the Template object. The OpenAsDocument
method is important because it allows you to access certain
properties and methods that are not available when a template
