We had already tackled many of the challenges on the Warp Speed Barrier Checklist. The Trade-off Matrix provided a way to weigh options in the face of unrealistic deadlines. Reciprocal relationship helped us translate values into motivation and resolve conflict. Managing “unrealistic” deadlines required recognizing that we’re all in this together and that there is always a way through. With this attitude and the right information, we can find a way to work through the changes. All of this adds up to improved communication.
