Coping with Long Hours and Work Travel

You want to spend good, dedicated time with the kids every day, but sometimes it’s just not possible. Maybe you’re facing a late night to finish up a sudden and urgent project, or it’s busy season and you’re working around the clock, or face-to-face meetings are keeping you on the road, or you’ve just been deployed, or are pulling extra shifts because you need the money—or some combination.
