No middle ground? Perceptions and realities of the distinctions between tenured librarians and their professional colleagues
This chapter is an exploration of the varying models of status for academic librarians in relation to its implications for working relationships within libraries. This chapter examines strategies for collaborating with professionals with differing statuses.
