How transformational leadership translates into recognized excellence in academic libraries

The Z. Smith Reynolds Library at Wake Forest University was the recipient of the 2011 Excellence in Academic Libraries Award from the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). The ACRL award committee noted how the mission and programming of the library effectively matched the institution’s goals.
