WORKPLACE CULTURE THAT MAY BREED VIOLENCE
Much has been written about the early warning signs and corporate complacency that often escalate and result in violence. It’s obvious that if an organization believed an incident could happen, the management would take every precaution and make every effort possible to address and diffuse any and all threats of violence and prepare a thorough response plan just in case.
