We’ve created our new workspace, and now we’re working in it and loving it. But it’s never finished. In our final stage, we’ll need to consider how we plan for effective operation, and what we need to do to ensure the workspace adapts with the needs of our organisation and colleagues, to ensure it’s always relevant.
