Kirsten Sheridan has directed three feature films: Disco Pigs (2001), August Rush (2007), and Dollhouse (2012). She co-wrote the Oscar-nominated screenplay In America (2002) with her sister, Naomi Sheridan, and her father, Jim Sheridan. In 2013, she moved with her family to Los Angeles to pursue a career in US television and features.
