Localizing for French

The default setup is, strictly speaking, localized, but you could ignore it because you were dealing with only one language, and there was no need to take notice. Localization begins in earnest when you open the Project editor (select the top item in the Project navigator, and choose the whole-project icon at the top), then click the + button under the Localizations table. Editor → Add Localization will give you the same: A choice from a few common languages, and a further choice for an astonishing variety of languages and regions in which they are spoken (Figure 21.1).
