Learning to Relax

  • understand the importance of taking the time to relax
  • learn what causes stress and how to prevent it
  • discover techniques for keeping anxiety to manageable levels

A lot of this book has been devoted to exercises that give you energy and motivation, help you attain goals and so on. But at the same time as working on these things it’s also important to control stress, overcome tension and become more relaxed.
