If your notebook PC has a DVD drive (and it probably does), you can use your notebook to play DVD movies when you’re on the go. That’s right, you’re the proud owner of a very expensive portable DVD player. Well, it would be a very expensive portable DVD player if all you did was play movies on your notebook—but you do more than that, of course.
Traveling with kids on a long car trip? Pop in a DVD and let them watch their favorite movies and cartoons. Alone by yourself in a hotel room on a business trip?
