Mix it up a bit
The key to a great diet is variety. This will ensure that you get a broad spectrum of nutrients – vitamins and minerals for everyday health. So why not try a rotation diet? It doesn’t have to be overly complicated. Choose a different grain for each of the five working days. So, Monday might be your wheat day, Tuesday your oat day, Wednesday your rice day, Thursday your buckwheat day and Friday your rye day. Try to consume just the allotted grains with your meals on each of those days. In this way you’ll automatically be varying your diet because you’ll have to be more innovative with your meal choices.
