Eat more chocolate!
Can’t get through the day without a sweet treat? Then have some chocolate. Yes, that’s right, chocolate is an anti-ageing food. Chocolate eaters live longer than non-chocolate eaters, if they eat the right kind. Dark chocolate with a high (70%) cocoa content is an excellent source of flavonoids and actually provides more antioxidants than many fruits and vegetables. It also provides more calories, so eaten in excess you’ll pile on the pounds. But a few squares two or three times a week will give you an antioxidant boost that will also satisfy a sweet tooth.
