Find a friend who also wants to get fit and healthy. Decide together what exercises you’d both like to do. Each time you do it you award yourself a point. The one who scores the least at the end of the week pays for an evening out – a meal, a movie, a concert – whatever you both want to do. This isn’t a particularly serious challenge and we don’t want you to fall out over it, but it’s fun and is motivating. It’s up to you what level of challenge you set and what your reward is.
