On yer bike
Cycling will strengthen your heart, lower your blood pressure, boost your energy, burn off extra fat and reduce stress. You’ll tone up your legs and bottom and also get the chance to see more of the countryside. It’s also difficult to injure yourself cycling because it’s such a low-impact form of exercise. If you normally drive or take the bus to work try cycling instead. Start off just doing it one day a week, gradually working up to cycling every day. Cycling also makes a great family day out, so what are you waiting for – get the bike out and start pedaling.
