Exercise – for fun!
If you hate the idea of taking up running, going to the gym, or swimming but still want to get fit then why not try something where fun is the main goal and fitness is incidental. Dancing is a great way to burn of those extra calories and tone up your body, and also a great de-stressor, so get out there and strut your funky stuff. Get a friend or two interested and try graceful ballroom dancing, sexy salsa, funky street dance or even ballet. Added bonuses are meeting new people and forgetting about any worries for an entire evening.
